Penbryn beach is a gently sloping beach with almost a mile of soft sand sheltered from prevailing winds, only interrupted only by a gentle little stream, making it a popular beach with families that seek peace and quiet time. This beach is in a rural unspoilt and remote location with only a little tea house near by in the woods, called  “the Plwmp tart”. A small parking is a few hundred metres away near the café. Penbryn beach lies between Tresaith and Llangrannog and near Aberporth too. The beach can be accessed from both directions along the Wales Coast Path offering stunning views across the bay especially at sunset as this painting reveals.
