Delivery Information Vladislas ‘Limited Edition’ Artworks
Please read ‘Terms and conditions’ before ordering Vladislas ‘Limited Edition’ artworks. Any orders will be accepted on the basis that these ‘terms and conditions’ have been read and accepted.
Vladislas ‘Limited Edition’ prints are shipped from United Kingdom, flat in heavyweight rigid packaging. Artworks are dispatched world-wide to you, recorded and tracked. Please note that the availability of our Tracking and Signature services depends on where your item is going. Where applicable, you’ll be able to track your item via the Royal Mail “Track your item” service. A signature is taken on delivery however, we do not provide a copy of the signature to you as part of the service and it is not available to view online. Our signature services (International Signed & International Tracked & Signed) are not sent to PO Boxes as treatment of this mail varies from country to country where there is no one to sign for the item. For all of our tracking and signature services we recommend the addressee's mobile telephone number is included on the item to assist in delivery.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping charges are based on the size of your product order. When you make a purchase at Vladislas-Art, the shipping charge is estimated as to the destination of the content of your basket and will appear on the Payment Options page of the checkout process.
When will I receive my order?
You can use your order number to track the status of your shipment. Order information will generally become available after you have placed your order. Visit Track Your Order to check shipping status and other order details.
Standard shipping from Vladislas-Art.co.uk is by United Kingdom Royal Mail postal service. The specific carrier can be found on your email shipping confirmation or by visiting track your order . Most standard shipments are delivered within five to six days from the actual shipping date (excludes order processing time).
Royal Mail Parcel Service and Pacer Force Carriers are used to ensure products are delivered safely.
A signature is required before a package can be left at your location. The delivery driver ensures that a signature is provided on location of delivery. If you receive a notice stating delivery was attempted while you were out, the driver will attempt to leave it with a safe third party on your behalf or please follow his instructions regarding an alternate delivery date or package pick-up.
Reporting lost or damaged packages
Please send an email, as per the instructions below. I will work with you to resolve the problem.
If the product is not delivered:
1. Visit the Contact us page
2. Complete the form and enter the information about the missing order in the "Your message" text box (such as order number, order date etc)
3. Click the "Submit" button
4. I will contact you regarding the problem
If the product is damaged:
Be sure to save your box and all packing materials in case an inspection or pickup is needed.
Re-pack the product in its original box
1. Complete a returns form here and request a Return Authorisation (RA) number
2. Write the Return Authorisation (RA) number clearly on the outside of the box
3. Be sure to use a package-shipping service or Postal Service that is able to track shipments. Ship the package to my contact address.
4. When your return is received, I will contact you about resolving the problem
Note: please be sure to write the RA number clearly on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.
