Fine Art Painting & Drawings of the beauty of the British Isles

This most iconic view of Aberporth beach is presented by Vlad-Art from an original painting created in oil by Welsh based artist Vladislas. The coast village of Aberporth has actually two sandy safe swimming sheltered beaches with rock pools making it ideal for family holidays. There are in fact two sandy beaches: Traeth Dolwen and in the painting here, Traeth y Dyffryn "valley beach", also known as Traeth y Llongau "ships beach", as ships used to anchor in this natural harbour in olden days. Today a sand bar has built over the years and created a large sandy beach with an enclosed lagoon.
Aberporth is a great place to look out for dolphins that can come close to the Cardigan Bay shore. It was once an important village for herring fishing but now it is a popular but still hidden resort for swimming, kayaking, surfing, fishing and sailing.

This is an OPEN EDITION reproduction produced as the original, on canvas, to the highest print quality, comes with a certificate of authenticity and inclusive of FREE fully tracked delivery in the UK.
